Here is another fine Ebay piece straight out from china. Initially, I think nothing can go wrong with a piece of metal but I was wrong. The shifter do decrease shift throw but the supporting hardware that came with it were very cheap and not made precisely like it should. The piece cost a total of $26 dollar shipped so I am not exactly complaining since it does work.

Start by removing the shift knob and the center console trim piece. Remove 4 10mm bolts holding the dust boot Remove the second dust boot and remove the OEM shifter with a C ring compressor tool The installation of the shifter is the reversal of removal. This is the cheap plastic bushing the came with the shifter kit after one day of use at the track. Do not use this piece but instead re use the factor OEM bushing. The OEM bushing fits better with no slop and stronger.
